As women, we wear many hats and embrace countless identities throughout our lives. It's so easy to get lost in these labels and forget who we truly are at our core. But remember, you are unique – there's nobody else in this world quite like you.

My own journey has been deeply rooted in spiritual exploration. For years, I've worked with divination tools like Tarot, participated in spiritual development circles, and more recently in the Japanese energy healing modality of Reiki, training up to Master/Teacher level.

Throughout my entire life, I have been surrounded by amazing women who have all been adversely impacted by their monthly cycle, fertility issues, family issues, problems with men (relationships, work, in the outside world), pregnancy, birth, loss and so much more. Some of these topics have, of course, adversely impacted me too.

These experiences, combined with my professional journey in Learning & Development, Coaching and Holistically serving women at all stages of life have beautifully converged in divine timing, leading me to my true calling: supporting women to develop spiritually and personally by awakening their womb wisdom.

My mission is to help women at all stages of life, to connect with with their womb wisdom to achieve their highest potential - spiritually and personally. We do this using my signature 3 step method: AWAKEN | EXPLORE | TRANSFORM. It's about awakening your womb wound, exploring how it impacts you and releasing each wound to transform your life.
